Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using Cash Command (“the App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using Cash Command, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Cash Command is a personal finance tool that helps you project your cash flow and manage recurring transactions. All data is stored locally on your device. The App is provided “as is” for personal, non-commercial use.
Cash Command offers an optional Pro subscription that unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store on a monthly or annual basis and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings or at https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.
Cash Command is a personal productivity tool only. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified financial professional for advice specific to your situation.
Cash flow projections shown in the App are based solely on data you enter. They are estimates and may not reflect actual account balances. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of projections.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including any financial decisions made based on information in the App.
Cash Command and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
